I absolutely love making granola. It’s a food you can be so creative with and really customize to be exactly what you want. PLUS it stores well so make a few different kinds so you always have what you want on hand! You can use gluten free oats (sadly they tend to be higher calorie) to make this easily gluten friendly and use agave in place of honey to make it vegan.
